For heat exchangers, we provide mechanical design as per TEMA standards, covering fixed, U-tube, kettle, and floating types, compliant with ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1 (UHX) and Div. 2 (Part 4.18).

We use advanced software like PV Elite, AutoCAD, NozzlePRO, and ANSYS for accurate and reliable design and analysis.

Control & Instrumentation

We provide comprehensive control and instrumentation services, including preparation of instrument data sheets, finalization of instrument lists, and sizing calculations using CONVAL software. Our scope includes analysers, vibration sensors, P&ID reviews, GA drawing approvals, and instrument hook-ups.

We finalize cause & effect diagrams and actively participate in HAZOP and SIL studies. Additionally, we offer site support and instrument calibration when required.

Our team is experienced with software tools such as SCADA-WinCC Flexible, RSLogix 500/5000, Simatic Manager, and Delta V, ensuring precise control system design and seamless integration.

Piping Design
