Worthwell provides comprehensive Early Production Facility (EPF) solutions under one roof, catering to end-users and drilling/service companies with quick delivery modular packages. These facilities support Field Development Plans, enabling faster ROI from marginal or new fields. With expertise in crude assays, gas composition, and PVT analysis, Worthwell ensures high-performance systems including gas processing, wet crude treatment, and degassing—designed for rapid installation. EPF units include prefabricated modules with separators, exchangers, compressors, heaters, tanks, power systems, safety equipment, and more. Backed by experienced procurement and logistics teams, Worthwell ensures reliable, on-time delivery even to remote sites, enhancing operational efficiency and production uptime.
Natural Gas coming from the well contains hydrocarbons (as methane, ethane, propane, butane, and any heavier hydrocarbon), CO2, H2S, and water together with many other impurities that can have harmful effects like corrosion of pipes and hydrate formation during processing. The Gas becomes saturated with water vapour, and the treatment of natural Gas is required to make it suitable for various applications. As expected, natural Gas contains impurities and water before arrival at the gas processing plant. The gas conditioning (Field Separation, Gas Sweetening, and Gas Dehydration) will be required to remove unwanted impurities and water to prevent corrosiveness and hydrate formation in the plant. Worthwell offers as a single point from Gas Wells to Power Plant, an Integrated solution to end-users, which is not limited to the core process ISBL scope.

Worthwell chooses a process technology for Natural Gas Sweetening –
Worthwell offers a wide range of gas-sweetening systems and solutions. Being a technology and independent supplier, we always strive to select the best possible solutions. This broad-spectrum and our extensive expertise enable us to recommend the most suitable solution or combination for every specific requirement.
All Worthwell systems, including Liquid-Desiccant gas sweetening by “Chemical Absorption” being based on alkanolamine products (MEA, DGA, DEA, DIPA, and MDEA), Solid-Desiccant Molecular Sieve or Solid Bed Scavenger technology by “Physical Adsorption”, is based on 4A, 5A or 13 X.We, can be manufactured to Client’s specific specifications and requirements.
Natural gas often contains water, which must be removed to prevent hydrate formation, corrosion, and freezing. Worthwell provides dehydration systems using both absorption (MEG, DEG, TEG, TREG) and adsorption (molecular sieve, silica gel, alumina) methods. We offer enhanced TEG technologies, including DRIZ and stripping gas systems, to achieve lower water dew points. Our systems are optimized for energy efficiency with features like heat exchangers and flash gas reuse. Designed for low foaming and minimal glycol loss, Worthwell’s dehydration units ensure low-temperature operation to prevent glycol degradation and eliminate the need for pH control additives.

Used for dew point depression by cooling high-pressure raw gas.

Multi-bed system adsorbs heavy hydrocarbons in short cycles.

Modern materials make old adsorption methods viable again.

Worthwell balances CAPEX and OPEX using tailored technologies.
